Mr. Wiebe established a new company called FON Marketing, Inc. because of a recent study he did with fruit in grocery stores. He discovered that the fruit did not appear fresh, was over-ripe, or simply too hard. This gave Mr. Wiebe an idea, and that was to provide fresh tree ripe fruit to customers without being exposed in the market or kept in a cold storage, and this is why he established FON Marketing, Inc. which is a subsidiary of Wiebe Ranches.
