HISTORY & MISSION STATEMENT
Doceus was founded in 1995 as Ideal Computer Strategies by Elliott Frutkin and Harry Schechter. Both founders have been friends since grade school in Pepper Pike, Ohio.
During Elliott's first year at American University in Washington, D.C., he worked as an assistant at the American University Computer lab. Meanwhile, Harry was at Miami University in Oxford, Ohio studying computer programming as a Computer Sciences major.
