The design and development of a 30,000 square foot building housing permanent galleries and temporary exhibition spaces devoted to the presentation of visionary art, art brut, art of the outsider. The structure stands on the Inner Harbor in Baltimore at the foot of Federal Hill, and includes library, conservation laboratory, offices, art storage, theatre, gift shop, restaurant, kitchen and sculpture garden.
